Performance Rights
The artist retains the right to photograph, record, and use event content (audio, video, photography) for promotional purposes including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials, unless restricted in writing prior to the event.
Set Times & Creative Direction
Set times will be adhered to as specified in the performance agreement. Musical style and track selection remain at the artist’s creative discretion. Requests for specific songs or genres may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.
Sound Check & Access
A minimum 30-minute sound check is requested prior to performance. For events requiring extended setup, 60-minute venue access before the scheduled set time is required. Sound check requirements will be specified in the technical rider.
Live Streaming
Live streaming of any performance requires prior written consent from the artist. Unauthorized streaming may result in immediate cessation of performance.
Hospitality
For engagements exceeding 3 hours, reasonable hospitality provisions (meals, beverages, dedicated break area) shall be provided by the client or venue.
Travel
For events outside the greater Los Angeles area, travel costs (transportation, lodging, per diem) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise negotiated in the performance agreement.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, severe weather, or civil unrest. In such cases, deposits will be applied to a rescheduled date or refunded at the artist’s discretion.
