Equipment & Technical Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in the performance agreement, the venue or client is responsible for providing a professional-grade sound system and DJ booth suitable for the event size and venue type. A technical rider will be provided upon booking confirmation specifying minimum equipment requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docta Wasabi and Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any performance, event, or engagement. Total liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Venue & Client Responsibility
The client or venue is responsible for ensuring a safe performance environment, including adequate power supply, weather protection for outdoor events, and compliance with all local noise ordinances and permitting requirements. Docta Wasabi is not responsible for equipment damage caused by venue conditions, power surges, or third-party interference.
Insurance
Clients hosting events at venues requiring certificate of insurance should communicate this requirement at least 14 days prior to the event date.
